Oh Great Cthulhu!

I have been an extremely assiduous devotee this year.

In September, I rammed a ship into you (sorry Cthulhu!) (-1000 points). When the stars were right, I prepared an ocean voyage to R'lyeh (200 points). Last week, I called down the wrath of Yog-Sothoth upon sirusark (65 points). In August, I rescued zmantis from being sacrificed (-200 points). In December, I wore an Elder Sign (-10 points). In April, I made a burnt offering to the Dead Dreamer (100 points).

In short, I have been very bad (-845 points) and deserve to have my body used as a host for one of your servitors.

Pictures

I now have cute pictures of my cats...as if I didn't have enough already.

Anyways, I found a roll of film in my room...from who knows when. I had it developed today and apparently it's from the Utah Honor Choir trip (I think...it's a choir trip anyways). Not many good pictures though. However, there are a couple decent ones of, oddly enough, the people I'm going to go see Kong tonight with, along with one or two of Amanda and Janece.

I've done all the basic work to be done here (both computers seem to be working well), now to find other random things. We'll see.

Old Friends

Last night was Janece's surprise birthday party...it brought together a group of friends that I really haven't been around for about two years. It was like I never left, the laughter was the same, the teasing, the fun. I enjoyed myself which was surprising.

Give it all up for one thing though.

I have finished my father's computer for the most part, there's another to work on as well.

That's about it for now...

Moab

Well...I am now safely stationed in Moab until January 7th...please come see me as I will be bored out of my mind...get in touch somehow and I can give you my number as well.

Um...that's about all...

Woke up at 4:30am, my grandparents drove me to Raleigh, got on my plane at 8:00am, took off after some delay with de-icing (I was asleep...dunno). Took off...made early landing in Cincinnati because of a medical emergency, was there for about 2 hours. Got to Salt Lake around 1:00pm (mountain time...it was 3:00 for me). Got on the BigHorn Shuttle at 2:00pm...got to Moab about 6:30pm....went to dinner at 7ish. Went to bed around 10pm (midnight my time). Yeah...now I'm awake...and off to do things, maybe, who knows.

Auditions last night, was nice...Happy seems to be a really nice part, I'll find out when I get back...meh...

Sleepy...haven't had coffee, had a cheese biscuit...mmmm...

Formatting more computers...been a while since I have, actually been a while since I've done anything regarding computer hardware or formatting and such...however yesterday I spent a long time setting up wireless internet at my boss' house...stupid Linksys kept me on the phone for 2 or 3 hours and then finally just told me to update the firmware on the router *face...palm*. Oh well, trial and error, learn as you go...

Ugh

I swear this car is just a curse, nothing goes right, everything takes longer than it should. Even trying to pick it up today went wrong...I don't get it.

Wait three months for a damn rear windshield and then they put it in wrong so water leaks into my trunk and backseat, which could corrode/rust the bottom of the car. Engine doesn't shut off, and doesn't start again...ended up being little quirks that I can deal with on my own, but the shop that I had that checked that problem out...probably caused the anti-freeze leak that I recently had trouble with. The car gets fuck this and fuck that written on it in spraypaint and all four tires slashed...that was fixed soon enough, it was done in two days...spraypaint gone, new tires, good to go. Might as well have this leak checked out, we thought. They no longer make the part that is leaking, the leaking part costs $400 for a remanufactured one, the idiot working on it goes to the hospital for a couple days cause he's older than my grandfather and in worse shape. The car is finally finished two weeks later and I go to pick it up...and he's not there, his wife doesn't have a bill that I can just pay, and he expects cash cause apparently he does all this crap under the counter...ugh...and he calls me saying he's been waiting for me all morning when I get back to work...

So...anyways, I go to Moab in a week, don't get me started on that one. Still auditioning for Death of a Salesman on Monday, tempted by this new dinner theatre idea...but there's only one male part, most likely for someone older. Still waiting for a response from someone in CST regarding the website so I can start working on it.

Movies that I want to see with people here are coming out while I'm gone (Kong, Producers, Brokeback Mountain, Memoirs of a Geisha), ugh, probably won't have time to go see Narnia with anyone before I go either, and Walk the Line will probably be gone.

CST

The monthly meeting for Center Stage Theatre commenced last night. Along with the short Christmas Party.

I am auditioning for Death of a Salesman this Monday.

I may be working on the CST website www.cstheatre.org at some point in the near future. It's in dire need of a make-over, among other things, so I hope I can offer something to it soon (I'm also suggesting a new server to them so they have a little less problems, free is nice...but more space, more reliable, faster, and just all around better for a decent price is nice as well). Perhaps if I work on it, the site will show up a little better in search engines, considering my blog has come up as a result for CST on google before the official site did.

Also, hopefully my fund-raising suggestion of Singing Valentines will be taken seriously...we'll see.

Bah

Well...11 days until I make the trip to Moab. Both dreading and looking forward to a break from things here.

Nothing really to post about, cause nothing has really been happening. Work, sleep...boredom, that's about it.

If you want to see me while I'm in Utah, I'd suggest getting in touch with me before I leave (December 16th)...course, I'll most likely be online often while I'm there, but...just incase.

People's ignorance infuriates me, it's only going to get worse with people after my generation as well...
