Sorry everyone, I'm gonna post again when I really have some energy. Sunday night I was in the hospital with either a bad case of the stomach flu or some food poisoning (I think it's that first one). My first experience with an IV...quite fun. They gave me an anti-nausea medicine of some sort, so for the past couple days I've been mostly bed-ridden and on a diet of pure fluids. I feel much much better than I did Sunday night though...and I'm sure I'll be fully recovered sometime soon.

Steffan After taking a look at my brother-in-law's latest post, I now realize that he is one of the most entertaining and intelligent people I know, even if I still don't know him that well. Of course "what kind of unicorn are you" is an inside thing for myself and a few friends, (if anyone needs to know...ask in private) so that's probably a bit more entertaining to me than most other people. Don't know if he'll see this any time soon, but I love you Steffan, you're the best. I hope to see you this summer while Mystery's in San Francisco. Perfect transition into seperate, but connected, subject. My parents came into town today, my father went to the dentist. We were talking about taking a trip to San Francisco to see Mystery for her birthday. Finally got tax information from my mother so I can apply for grants and loans and such. And a random thought, another random person started talking to me on yahoo...gave me her number in the first conversation, and is in town until Friday. I may take a chance and see this person...not quite sure yet.

Sharereactor (background music: Jeff Beck - Who Else) For all you pyrates out there, Sharereactor is now down. It was shut down about three weeks ago by Swiss authorities. I went searching around for a few new ed2k link sites and have added them to my sidebar. We will miss you Sharereactor :(

Papers For some odd reason I just got the urge to upload some of my school papers from this and last semester. Read them if you wish, however keep in mind that I think that all of them were finished in the period of about two hours. One I'm fairly proud of (that's up to you to guess), the others are just bullshit, but hey...what can a paper be without a certain amount of bull.
English - Descriptive Essay: Green
Western Civilization: Greek vs. Roman Women
Oh, and just for kicks a scripting of my favorite scene in Red Dwarf

OK...wallpaper is up now...no troubles.

Spring Break Well...spring break was really enjoyable. I went to Kevin's house for a few days, watched Mystery Science Theater 3000 - Pod People, Huzzah! Hilarious. Went to Starsky and Hutch with Kevin and Asher and watched some of Last Exile on Sunday with them as well. Monday we took off in Kevin's car to Boulder, saw Sean and walked up and down Pearl Street which brough back some old childhood memories of the library there and getting a bloody nose. Kevin called his friend Christina and we went to see The Triplets of Belleville. We stayed at Christina's house, watched most of MST3K - The Crawling Hand that night, and went to the Flat Irons mall with her and her roommate Jennifer the next day. We jumped into extremely large bean-bags at the Love-Sac and Jennifer made the spontaneous purchase of a puppy (which probably was a horrible horrible idea). That night we took off and went to Arvada to see Zack, went to...Julian's, I think that's what it was called, which is an arcade type place, with Zack, his friends Mick and Mark, and Lisa. Went back to Zack's and played Double Dash and fell asleep. On Wednesday Kevin, Zack, and I went to GameScape and played Battlefield Vietnam and a bit of Warcraft, got chinese food, went to Lisa's enormous house and played pool. We stayed at Zack's one more night and left for Kevin's house again in the morning. At Kevin's we watched The Last Starfighter and Mighty Aphrodite, went to sleep and woke up in the morning to leave for Mesa with his dad. Now that we're back, we've been playing Battlefield Vietnam and went to see Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind last night. Which, in terms that I usually refrain from, is the best movie ever! I don't think I can give it enough stars on my rating honestly. I highly suggest it. As in go see it NOW. Apparently I'm going to Moab next weekend, which should be fun. I hope it's playing there when I come so I can go see it again.

Park Run We made a park run tonight, it was fun. It was Kevin, Zack, Sean, Lisa, and me. Great fun... I wore a white dress shirt today, I'm not sure why...I was in the mood. I also had my hair poofy and curly today...I figured that I wasn't going to be able to fix it...so I let it curl out at the ends...looks...pretty good actually:

Tomorrow I'm heading out with Zack and Kevin to Denver and Grand County (Colorado...not Utah). I hope to enjoy my spring break. At the bottom of my sidebar there is a minipoll that I would suggest voting in...please do...it would make me quite happy. I shall blog later on our trip...enjoy your spring break everyone!
This is my current group of great friends: starting clockwise from me at the top, there's Sean, Lisa, Kevin, and then Zack

Once again me, Sean, Lisa, and Zack:

And, of course, Kevin and I biting our bull...shit...

Mmm...Tea I went to sleep at 9 tonight, I basically just passed out on my bed. Angel called, I kind of mumbled, got off the phone after like 2 minutes and went to sleep. I woke up at 12:30, thirsty and having to go to the bathroom. Now I'm trying to get back to bed, I tried getting back in my bed...but that's not working. So I took some calms and now I'm drinking some tea with skullcap in it. Hopefully this will knock me out. The sad thing is, I'm still not sure what I'm doing for spring break. I can't use my car, but I may still be going to denver with Zack and Kevin, I hope so. Of course I want to go to Moab so I can see Kassi, but it might just be wrong for the timing. I need to get back to sleep since I have tennis and soccer in the morning...don't know if this is going to work.

Spring Break (background music: Innocence [Ghost in the Shell II] Soundtrack - Hadaly)
I'm still not sure what I'm doing during spring break, I'll probably know today. I hope I can use spring break as chance to get back on track....otherwise I'm not gonna look to hot in my classes at the end of this semester. We watched Drunken Master (NOT the legend of) and Wicked City last night, then I passed out on my bed. I haven't been drinking at all lately, the last time was the day after my birthday and I didn't have that much then. I just find it kind of pointless now, plus it makes me really lonely. I may be able to meet Angel this weekend, looks like she's trying to move back to Junction with her father. I'm really not sure if I want to drive around colorado for spring break or not, it might be nice to just be in Moab and hang out with a few people that are going to be home. I believe Cari will be there during part of my spring break...course I have to find a way to get in touch with her (hint hint if you read this cari). I guess Ben is going to Mexico, to or at least that's what I heard last. On the other hand it would be nice to check out Denver and Boulder to see a few friends' houses. Of course, a lot of this depends if I can use my car or not, which I can hopefully find out today.

Sleep Yay...I finally got some sleep last night. I went to bed at 10, and no one knocked on my door. I don't know if my note left on my door made a difference or if it was just a quiet night (it said "I am sleeping. Be kind, rewind"). I'm in tennis and soccer now, consecutively. It's gonna be quite tiring. Well...hmm...Angel just called. I'll post later.

Hot or Not (background music: Hoobastank - Running Away)
My blog now is on the blog section of Hot or Not...go rate it...please. For the third time in three days, a sane person is talking to me on yahoo because of my profile. I'm not sure what's going on here. Kevin said "it's the internet! that's what happens," except the thing is that my yahoo account, darth_kryten, was my first real email account/chatting account about 5 or 6 years ago, and this hasn't happened until now. I have never really "met" someone online like this. All the people, before three days ago, that were on my list were people that I had at least met in person. I'm not complaining, but it's just a little...disturbing. Well...looks like we're doing a V.I. run. I may post later tonight.

Spring Cleaning (background music: Vivaldi - Nulla In Mundo Pax Sincera)
Kevin's gone, I can post again. I'm doing some spring cleaning of my computer. Deleting all these files that I never used, old songs that I downloaded for no reason.
Actually, I made this post for no reason except to say that this is the best song ever, bye bye.

News (background music: Peace Orchestra - Who am I? [Animatrix Edit])
Well the past few days have been...interesting. I'm back in a good mood because of having sleep...still very lonely though. Two days ago this girl named Angel started talking to me on yahoo, she's 17. She apparently saw my pic on my profile and saw that I lived in Grand Junction, she lived here until about 4 months ago so decided to talk to me. She's a really sweet girl, she called me last night and tonight...a sheer surprise to me, but pleasant none-the-less. Of course most of the people I talk to this about say "Is she hot?" and don't ask any other questions. Honestly I'm not really worried about that, I don't know if I'll ever meet her or not, depends if she ever comes here in my last couple months at Mesa. Besides, she has a really cute voice and is someone to talk to. So it's something to take my mind off things.
Along the same lines, today (while I was on the phone with Angel) another person, a guy this time, started talking to me on yahoo. He also apparently found my profile online and decided to talk to me. Almost immediately one of his comments was "you're really cute btw, straight?" I said "yeah I am...but thanks though," it was rather flattering; considering I have no problem with homosexuality and I am perfectly content and secure about my own sexuality. Unfortunately the conversation basically ended then, I'm not sure if he lost interest because of that...or I became distracted by some people coming into my room and then running around in the hallway with them.
Speaking of people coming into my room. I now have a stalker...it's fun...well, not really actually.
Well...time to go now, Kevin is in my room...post again later.

Web Design Yay, web design again. I'm atempting to learn javascript...however this guy doesn't really help. I think I'm going to be studying it in my room instead. Mmmm...Math.PI=3.14...hmm...3.14159265 I think that's as far as I can go on my own, I always forget the next number. Anyway, my sleep pattern is a little bit more back on track. I feel a lot better and I'm going to try to keep getting up earlier, it helps out having that extra 2 or 3 hours during the day to get some work done instead of being rushed all the time.
I have no idea what this guy is trying to teach. Apparently some java script finding out the area of a circle if you're given the radius. However, I can't read any of his writing on the board and the program is incomplete.
I'm looking forward to spring break, I get to see a few people that I've been wanting to see for a while...and I get to just have a break. I need to work on a couple papers during the break though, but I'm not too worried.

Entertainment I am about to attempt going to sleep early for the second time, I hope I will achieve this. I have a large cardboard tube, that is very strong...if anyone knocks on my door...they will be hurt. However, the sad thing is, that if I find any entertainment in the next 15 minutes...then I'm not going to go to sleep. However I have to wake up early tomorrow. Oh well. Well I bid you all good night. Wish me luck.

Sleep (background music: Tool - Lateralus)
So apparently I'm never going to really get a full night's sleep while I'm in Grand Junction. I have been going to bed at 6 a.m. most nights (or...mornings) and getting up at 11. This is detramental to my health and has to stop. So last night I made a point of going to bed early, I went to bed at 10:30 p.m. and could not fall asleep because at least 4 seperate knocking events on my door and people being dumbasses on my balcony and in the hallway (despite of "quiet hours" that start at 9). I was then woken up at 9:30 a.m. by my phone, which has the perfect amount of rings (3) to wake me up, get me out of bed, rush to the phone and hear a dial tone before it goes to the voice mail. I still got a pretty decent amount of sleep and can feel the difference, I'm in a pretty good mood (except for the anger for the knocking, etc...).
I apparently can join soccer on the 8th, I hope to enjoy it. I may do hiking as well if there's room in the "class."

Subtitle Nazi (background music: Foo Fighters - Alone + Easy Target)
So apparently I'm a subtitle nazi...I can't stand watching dubbed versions of any anime or foreign film. Oh well...
There is a meeting about the Peace Core on the 10th, I'm thinking about checking it out. Never Know
I finally have a firewire cable so I can transfer video from my camcorder, I'm thinking of things to do with it now. The sad thing is that my Adobe Premiere doesn't want to work, and I don't know why.
Been playing Unreal Tournament 2004...a lot. I can't wait to find out what other maps there are in the full version. I've also gotten Kevin addicted to it.
Just added a link to TCX, or as Kevin calls it: "The Nerd support group," go check it out.
